One of the largest antenna of the Radioheliograph fell down end of July 2014. Severe damages were found on the parabola, the hour angle axis and other mechanical parts. Unfortunately, it is impossible to calibrate the instrument without this antenna.
We decided to continue the observations, because the degradation due to the poor calibration is progressive. It first affects the images of the quiet sun, which are bad from september 2014 up to now. Radiobursts images are less affected : for them, the positions are still valid up to beginning of January 2015.
Observations were stopped on 2015 January 22. They are not stored on radio-monitoring and Bass2000 web sites since 2015 January, 12.
The antenna should be repaired in the middle of February, and observations will be resumed one or two weeks after.
